Vryheid parkrun is a vibrant community event that takes place every Saturday morning in the scenic town of Vryheid, South Africa. Course Description

A 5km trail route within the Vryheid Golf Club grounds.

Unfortunately dogs are not allowed at Vryheid parkrun at the landowner’s request.

There are toilet facilities available.

When is it?

Every Saturday at 7:00am (October – March) & 8:00am (April – September).
