Umhlanga parkrun is a popular weekly event that takes place in Umhlanga Rocks, a picturesque coastal town in South Africa. Held every Saturday morning, this parkrun provides an excellent opportunity for locals and visitors alike to come together and enjoy the outdoors while staying active.

Course Description

This is an out and back course on the beautiful Umhlanga promenade. Start at Umhlanga pier next to the Beverly Hills Hotel.

Facilities

We suggest parking at Hooters restaurant in Lagoon Drive. There is a ramp up to the parking lot. Spillover parking on the surrounding roads allowed.
