Toboshane Valley Estate parkrun

The Toboshane Valley Estate 5km parkrun in East London offers a serene and refreshing course in a tranquil estate setting. With its 5-kilometer route, this parkrun invites participants to enjoy a blend of nature and fitness in a peaceful environment.

The course is 5000m (5k) long. This has been accurately measured by us with a professional measuring wheel. The course is at Toboshane Valley Estate, East London. The course is run entirely on trail paths. Some sections of the course may accumulate mud, leaves and puddles after rain. Dependent on availability, marshals will be at key sections of the course, or signs will be in place.

Course Description

One lap of a mixture of farm roads and single trails passing dams, beautiful natural vegetation and crossing of the Toboshane stream, a gradual incline following a decline and then flat terrain ending in a challenging hill to end the course.
Due to the terrain, parts of the course may make it harder for people with buggies & pushchairs – please contact the team in advance for further information.
