Swellendam parkrun


Swellendam parkrun, nestled in the heart of the picturesque Western Cape in South Africa, is a vibrant community event that encapsulates the spirit of health, fitness, and togetherness. Course Description

Out and back route at the foothills of the Langeberg Mountain range with start at the outside of Marloth Reserve gate.


Marloth Nature Reserve offers a shady picnic and recreation area, as well as toilet facilities for parkrunners. An ideal spot for socialising after parkrun!

When is it?

Every Saturday at 8:00am.

Where is it?

The event takes place at Marloth Nature Reserve Gate.
