The Sardinia Bay 5km parkrun in Port Elizabeth, South Africa, offers participants a beautiful coastal course with views of the sparkling ocean. With a 5-kilometer route and a sense of community, this parkrun provides an enjoyable opportunity to combine fitness and appreciation for the natural wonders of Sardinia Bay.

The course is 5000m (5k) long. This has been accurately measured by us with a professional measuring wheel. The course is at Plot 792, Heron Road, Sardinia Bay, Port Elizabeth. The course is run entirely on trail paths. Some sections of the course may accumulate mud, leaves and puddles after rain. Dependent on availability, marshals will be at key sections of the course, or signs will be in place.

Course Description

Single lap, anti-clockwise, zigzagging route with inclines & declines through natural wilderness. Starting point is on the lawns inside of the Grassroof premises and heads north south from Grassroof. Route markers are placed every 80m and on every bend.
