The course is 5000m (5k) long. This has been accurately measured by us with a professional measuring wheel. The course is at Hospital Main Road, Tonga Village. The course is run entirely on off-road. Some sections of the course may accumulate mud, leaves and puddles after rain. Dependent on availability, marshals will be at key sections of the course, or signs will be in place.
Course Description
This is out-and-back course. The course starts from Tonga village 900m from Tonga Hospital and heads East towards the cane fields. Pass the first road on your right just before the start of the cane farm. Continue straight for about 1.5km and turn right on the forth road. After turning right you will see an office on your left. Pass the office and continue straight for about 600 meters and turn at the 2.5km mark back to the starting point.
