The course is 5000m (5k) long. This has been accurately measured by us with a professional measuring wheel. The course is at Koro Creek Bushveld Golf Estate, Modimolle. The course is run on a mixture of tarmac paths and permanent paths. Some sections of the course may accumulate mud, leaves and puddles after rain. Dependent on availability, marshals will be at key sections of the course, or signs will be in place.

Course Description

Start on the golf cart path in front of the clubhouse, next to the putting green. Follow the golf cart path/indicators on the route up 18th fairway to the 15th fairway where you will turn left into the bushveld. Continue through the bushveld making a few turns here and there. Slowly go down the rocky downhill, turn right before the bridge where a slight uphill begins. Turn right at the T junction, keep left at the sandy crossing until the indicators guide you back onto the golf cart path by the 14th fairway. Turn left after the green on a small gravel road which will take you back to the golf cart path next to the 18th fairway. Finish back in front of the clubhouse.

Unfortunately dogs are not allowed at this event. Parts of the route may be unsuitable for buggies, please contact the team in advance for more information.

Facilities

Restaurant and bar, toilets and pro shop inside the clubhouse. Kiddies play area and jumping castle available outside. 18 hole golf course, short game facilities, driving range, tennis court and equestrian centre available.
