Embrace a revitalizing morning run through the scenic landscapes of Meyers Farm at the 5km parkrun, where participants gather to celebrate fitness, community, and the picturesque outdoors.
The course is 5000m (5k) long. This has been accurately measured by us with a professional measuring wheel. The course is at Meyers Farm, Alberton. The course is run entirely on trail paths. Some sections of the course may accumulate mud, leaves and puddles after rain. Dependent on availability, marshals will be at key sections of the course, or signs will be in place.
Course Description
Circular route along established paths, no repeated sections so be aware.
Unfortunately dogs are not allowed at this event.
The course may not be suitable for buggies as it is run entirely on trail paths – please contact the team in advance for further advice on the course.
