Magoebaskloof Yellow Route is a 18 km popular intermediate route located near Haenertsburg. This mountain bike primary route can be used one direction and has a moderate overall physical rating. This route climbs 371 m with a max elevation of 1,525 m then descends -368 m.
It is a fairly flat and fast 17km suitable for beginners with mainly forestry roads and not too much singletrack. It starts at the Coffee shop at Cheerio Gardens and follows the Cheerio Road (L Road) towards R71. It then winds down through some beautiful indigenous forest at Glensheil Farm towards Haenertsburg. Just before town you make a sharp right at the old bridge and follow the Broederstroom River back to the Cheerio Valley. The climb out of the valley is fairly tough but worth it as you traverse the beautiful Sequoia Gardens, and then on to Cheerio Trout Fishing and Holiday Resort and finally back to Cheerio Gardens.

Addington Beach, located in front of Ushaka Point, is a safe beach for swimming and playing with the kids. There is ample parking available at Ushaka and Surf Riders Cafe has excellent food options. The beach is perfect for relaxing in the sun and appreciating the views.

The Bay of Plenty Beach Pavillion is a great place to spend a day at the beach with your family. There's plenty of space to play, and there's always something to eat nearby. The staff are polite and don't take advantage of their positions, so you can relax and have a great time.
