Kathu parkrun is a popular weekly event that takes place in Kathu, a town in the Northern Cape province of South Africa. Kathu parkrun provides an opportunity for people of all ages and fitness levels to come together, enjoy the outdoors, and participate in a healthy activity. Participants gather at a designated park in Kathu every Saturday morning, where they can walk, jog, or run the 5-kilometer route surrounded by the scenic beauty of the area.

Facilities available at the Kathu Equestrian Club include Male and Female bathrooms, water point and secure car park.
