Immerse yourself in the serenity of Homestead Lake and join the Homestead Lake 5km parkrun, where participants come together for an invigorating morning run amidst the tranquil surroundings, promoting fitness and community.
The course is 5000m (5k) long. This has been accurately measured by us with a professional measuring wheel. The course is at Homestead Lake, Benoni. The course is run on a mixture of tarmac paths, trail paths and grass. Some sections of the course may accumulate mud, leaves and puddles after rain. Dependent on availability, marshals will be at key sections of the course, or signs will be in place.
Course Description
A relatively flat two lap course around a picturesque lake run mainly on grass, paths and roads within the park.

Limited ablution facilities are available at this event.
