Discover this 4.3-km out-and-back trail near Pilgrim’s Rest, Mpumalanga. Generally considered a moderately challenging route. This is a popular trail for hiking and walking, but you can still enjoy some solitude during quieter times of day. Dogs are welcome and may be off-leash in some areas.
A beautiful and safe trail walking along the Mac Mac river as well as an amazing waterfall, a little over grown in parts but it is also dog friendly which is awesome. The trail can be slippery after the rain, and there is some climbing involved. Overall great adventurous hike. Pack a swimsuit and wear sturdy shoes.
