Experience an invigorating morning run within the scenic landscapes of Ebotse Golf and Country Estate in Benoni at the Ebotse 5km parkrun, where participants gather to enjoy fitness, camaraderie, and the beauty of the estate.
The course is 5000m (5k) long. This has been accurately measured by us with a professional measuring wheel. The Start / Finish will be outside the Estate (main gate). Participants will be able to use the toilets at the main gate & will have access to the restaurant should they wish to have breakfast. The route is multi-terrain, taking in tar, gravel, grass fairways, medium rough grass and cart paths. Some sections of the course may accumulate mud, leaves and puddles after rain. Dependent on availability, marshals will be at key sections of the course, or signs will be in place.
Course Description
The course is an out and back course, starting from the main gate of the Ebotse Golf and Country Estate and going along the southern and eastern edges of the Vanryn Dam.
Unfortunately dogs are not allowed at this event.
Facilities
Participants will be able to use the toilets at the main gate & will have access to the restaurant should they wish to have breakfast.
