Embark on an exploration of this 12.6-kilometer loop trail near Cape Agulhas NU, Western Cape. Typically seen as a moderately challenging route, the trail offers an average completion time of 2 hours and 48 minutes, making it ideal for activities such as hiking, running, and leisurely walks amid the picturesque surroundings.
The trail starts from the Fig Tree restaurant. The trail is marked fairly well. It is recommended to get an early start (reserve only opens at 07h30 making this a bit difficult) as it gets really hot rather early in summer. Alternatively rather do this trail in cooler months. Look out for Eland, Bontebok, Zebra, Hare, birds and Ostrich.
