The Cradock 5km parkrun in South Africa is a community-focused event that promotes fitness and well-being in the charming town of Cradock. With its accessible 5-kilometer route, it encourages residents and visitors alike to embrace an active and healthy lifestyle while enjoying the local hospitality.

The course is 5000m (5k) long. This has been accurately measured by us with a professional measuring wheel. The course is at Voortrekker Hall (close to Cradock Preparatory School), Cradock. The course is run entirely on trail paths. Some sections of the course may accumulate mud, leaves and puddles after rain. Dependent on availability, marshals will be at key sections of the course, or signs will be in place.

Course Description

Start at Voortrekker Hall the clubhouse & follow a path around the sport fields and dam along the river bank on the west side of the Golf Course(GC). The route turns to the east side of the GC and follows the perimeter of the GC back towards the sport fields to the finish at the Clubhouse.
