The 5km parkrun in Bethlehem provides an invigorating start to the weekend, as participants gather to traverse a scenic route through the beautiful landscapes of Bethlehem, promoting fitness and fostering a sense of community

The course is 5000m (5k) long. This has been accurately measured by us with a professional measuring wheel. The course is at Bethlehem Christian Centre and Caritas College, Bethlehem. The course is run on a mixture of gravel paths, trail paths and grass. Some sections of the course may accumulate mud, leaves and puddles after rain. Dependent on availability, marshals will be at key sections of the course, or signs will be in place.

Course Description

Route starts at Bethlehem Christian Centre and Caritas College, Preekstoel Road, Bethlehem.

The course is a two lapper, fast and flat. The course is a trail path, with grass and gravel paths. Rain may cause mud and make the route slippery.

It starts out in a North Westerly direction for about 300m, turns right towards town for about 200m. At the Airport take a right in a Southerly direction for about 1.7km. Turns right and right again and proceed to the Start for the second lap.

Ample free parking available.
