Uvongo parkrun is a popular weekly event that takes place in Uvongo, a picturesque coastal town in South Africa. Every Saturday morning, participants gather at the Uvongo River Nature Reserve to take part in this free, timed 5-kilometer run. The parkrun route winds its way through the scenic beauty of the nature reserve, offering runners breathtaking views of lush greenery, the Uvongo River, and the stunning coastline. Runners of all ages and abilities come together to enjoy the fresh sea breeze and the camaraderie of fellow enthusiasts.

Course Description

The route starts just off the St Michael’s on Sea parking lot and leads onto Saints Walk path
