The course is 5000m (5k) long. This has been accurately measured by us with a professional measuring wheel. The course is at Seotlong Agriculture and Hotel School, Phuthaditjhaba. The course is run entirely on trail paths. Some sections of the course may accumulate mud, leaves and puddles after rain. Dependent on availability, marshals will be at key sections of the course, or signs will be in place.

Course Description

The course starts a short distance front the entrance gate to the Seotlong Agriculture and Hotel School. The course follows the farm road around the sports field to the main farm gate and further on the farm roads towards Spoon River, thereafter it continues on trail paths which can be uneven. Participants are asked to be careful and watch their footing. The course then continues around the crop fields with spectacular views of the surrounding area. As you head back to the finish, QwaQwa mountain in the distance. When you get back to the farm road, follow the same route back to the main farm gate

Unfortunately dogs are not allowed at this event.
