Sardinia Bay parkrun

The Sardinia Bay 5km parkrun in Port Elizabeth, South Africa, offers participants a beautiful coastal course with views of the sparkling ocean. With a 5-kilometer route and a sense of community, this parkrun provides an enjoyable opportunity to combine fitness and appreciation for the natural wonders of Sardinia Bay.

The course is 5000m (5k) long. This has been accurately measured by us with a professional measuring wheel. The course is at Plot 792, Heron Road, Sardinia Bay, Port Elizabeth.
