The scenery is phenomenal pack your camera for this one. It is advisable to start early so that you can complete the hike while it is light. You will need to get a permit from the Forever Resort in order to go on the hike. Please note that the resort is not open on Sundays. There is an abundance of wildlife and birdlife in the area and of course the chance to see a hippo and more. Please be cautious and do not approach or disturb animals seen along the trail. Navigation along the route can be challenging as the trails are not well-signed, having the map downloaded ahead of time can help keep you on track.
